Have an order and asking about the parcel?

Quote the mobile number you ordered with and the product name, and we will follow the parcel up with the distributor in your country and come back with an answer. If no confirmation call has reached you a day after ordering, tell us — sometimes a number arrives with a digit missing.

Want to change or cancel an order?

Before shipping you can change the address or the number of packs, or cancel entirely, with no fee. The quickest route is to tell the agent during the confirmation call; if you missed the call, write to us here. And if the courier arrives and you no longer want the parcel, you can decline it at the door.

Asking us to erase your data?

Write from the same number you ordered with, or quote it in the message, and ask for erasure explicitly. We confirm once done, after any open order has been completed or cancelled. Full details are on the privacy policy page.

How to place an order

We do not take orders by email: ordering happens through the form on a product page, so the country, price and currency are recorded correctly and the order reaches the right distributor. Open the product page, pick your country, and fill in your name and mobile number.
