Who we are and our role in the order

Sehha360 lists products from sellers across the Arab region and passes your order to them. Shipping, delivery and collection are handled by the seller in your country — that is the party who calls you and hands over the parcel.

How an order is confirmed

After you submit the form, an agent calls to confirm your name, address, the number of packs and the final amount. The order is not confirmed before that call, and until that moment you can cancel with no obligation and no fee.

If we cannot reach you by phone after several attempts, the order is closed without shipping and with no consequence for you.

Payment and prices

Payment is cash to the courier on delivery. We never ask for any upfront payment — no transfer, no card, no payment link — and any such request in our name is not from us.

Prices are shown in each country currency as set by the distributor and may change as offers change. The price that binds you is the one the agent confirms on the call before shipping.

Shipping, cancellation and refusal at the door

Delivery times differ between major cities and outlying areas, and the agent tells you the expected range during confirmation. You can cancel before shipping by call or message, and you can decline the parcel when the courier arrives — in both cases with nothing owed.

What the listed products are

The products listed on this site are food supplements and care products. They are not medicines, they are not used to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and they do not replace treatment your doctor has prescribed. Do not stop a prescribed medicine because of a supplement.
