This page explains, in plain words, what Sehha360 collects about you, why, who sees it, and how you ask for it to be erased. There are no hidden exceptions: what is written here is everything that happens to your data.

What data do we collect?

When you submit the order form we collect three fields only: name, mobile number and country. The name and number go to the delivery team so an agent can call and confirm the order; the country sets the price, the currency and the shipping destination. The optional notes field reaches us exactly as you typed it, and we ask for nothing else in it.

We never ask for card details and never handle them, because payment is cash to the courier on delivery. Any page asking for a card number in our name is not ours.

Why do we need it?

The name and number are needed to confirm the order by phone before shipping: nothing ships without that call, which protects both sides from mistaken orders. The country is needed to show the price in your currency and to route the order to the distributor serving your region.

We do not use your data for marketing messages, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we neither sell nor rent it to any third party.

Who sees your data?

The delivery team and the product seller in your country — only as far as is needed to fulfil and hand over the order. Your record is not passed to anyone else, and it is not combined with data from outside sources to build a profile of you.

How long is it kept, and when is it erased?

It is kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order and settle any dispute about it, then erased. You can ask for erasure sooner at any time through the contact page or the email above, and we will confirm once it is done.

If you have an order that has not been delivered yet, we will either complete or cancel it as you prefer, and then carry out the erasure.

Cookies

We use technical files to run the site and remember your language and country, plus simple measurement files to count visits and see which pages are read most. These carry neither your name nor your number, and you can clear them from your browser settings at any time without the site ceasing to work.
